Date Change for September 30th Status Data Sets and Lender's
Quarterly Report of Loans Outstanding
Lender Policy Memorandum L-2004-6
Effective August 13, 2003 the HEAL Program is required to report Annual Audited Financial Statements and Performance and Accountability Reports to the Office of Management and Budget by November 15, 2004. Therefore, we are requiring all Lenders, Holders and Servicers; to submit their September 300, data sets (Borrower Loan Status Data, Litigation, Pre-Verification, Loan - Transfer/Refinance and Forbearance data) and the last Lender Quarterly Report of Loans Outstanding to the HEAL Program Office by the close of the 3 d business day in October each year. All other submission dates through out the year will remain the same.
