- Apply due diligence collecting outstanding amounts on loans in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in the Student Financial Aid Guidelines (SFAG)
- Submit an uncollectible loan for write-off review in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in the SFAG.
- Show evidence of due diligence when submitting an uncollectible loan for write-off review
