The AHEC Training and Consultation Center (A-TrACC) provides trainings and ongoing technical assistance to staff of AHEC grantee programs and affiliated centers to improve their capacity to collect and report data that accurately measures performance and increases the ability to report outcomes and impact in meeting legislative mandates.
According to the American Evaluation Association, evaluation involves assessing strengths and weaknesses to improve effectiveness. It applies systematic inquiry to help improve programs, products, and personnel, as well as the human actions associated with them.
