2009 BHPr Performance Management System

New Features and Changes for Grantees

 

New Features!!

The Validation module has been redesigned and is more user friendly.

A “Report Validation” tab has been added and displays a summary of all validation errors.
   Forms with errors are indicated by icon.
   Detailed error messages are provided on top of the forms.
  
New validations have been added to collect more accurate data.

Enhancements!!

The Progress Report has been renamed to Performance Report and can be accessed through the EHB.

Collection of specific multi-race combinations is no longer required.

The existing Final Report is separated by its components into

  1. Final Performance Report consisting of the program-specific and core performance measurement data.
  2. Final Report consisting of the objectives and accomplishments, barriers encountered and resolutions, and the summary questions.

Revised reporting rules to collect appropriate data for the relevant periods:

All grantees are required to submit a Performance or Final Performance Report for the academic year '08 – '09 by 8/31/2009.
Grants which end after the academic year are required to submit a Final Performance Report for the remaining portion of the data within 90 days after end of the grant.
All grantees are required to submit a Final Report within 90 days after end of the grant.
