Force, Commission or Panel - The
Governor's Blue Ribbon Task Force on Healthcare Workforce Shortages was established
in October of 2001 to study education, work environment, and compensation in order
to assist the state in developing strategies to address health workforce shortages.

Loan Repayment - The
Blue Ribbon Task Force is studying the development of scholarships for high school
students interested in health professions, as well as for medical and dental school
students.
