demand and to develop a strategic plan to address shortages.

Loan Repayment - The
State of Nebraska offers forgivable loans to students currently enrolled in nursing
programs in the state. Recipients are required to practice nursing in Nebraska
for at least one year following graduation.

Career
Ladder Development - The
Concerned Partners in the Region for Health Related Training (CPR-HRT) is a collaboration
among key stakeholders to identify strategies to address health care skill shortages.
This project creates employer led partnerships in health related occupations and
supports career ladders in nursing and allied health occupations, with a strong
focus on recruitment and training.
