Six States and one territory have health centers that potentially would require State and local data to maintain their designations, as follows:
States with fewer than 10%: Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York
State with 20% or fewer: Maine
States with 30% or fewer: New Hampshire, Puerto Rico
States with 40% or fewer: Vermont
